I was called and told my appt with Dr. Vines on June 2nd would have to be rescheduled. I was told someone would call to reschedule me. In late July I still had not heard from the office so I called back and they scheduled me. Poor follow up. Now that I arrive for my spot I find the office had moved from the Pilot bldg to the professional bldg next to the hospital. The Pilot bldg was so convenient for older pts. I showed up at 8:30 for a 9:00 consult. I was the first person there and waited two hours to be seen by a doctor for only 5 minutes. Others that came in later than me went back before me. The morning after my sleep study, Dr. Dey left me a voicemail saying I have significant apnea and that he would call in the prescription for my CPAP that morning. He didn’t and now I’ve been told he’s out of the office for a week.
This happened to me twice since I started with Dr, vines, waiting very long to be seen after checking in online with paperwork, and even getting there at least 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment!! But, this time 2/19/2026 was the worse!! My appointment was for 2:00p.m! Arrival time was 1:40 at 2:35 I asked was the doctor in? Yes they told me!! I said I have to pick up my grandchild at 3:00 from school!! After about 5 minutes the nurse took me back check my vitals and put me in a room!! But no doctor!! At 3:15 I just ... read more
My doctor knows my diagnosis of sleep apnea. On the class action lawsuit one they told me to do is to turn in my old machine, but I never did.But they ship me a new one ane it doesn't work properly always reading not plug in the right source the wall socket is good as can get.
