I had a technician come look at a problem with my HVAC unit. He ran some tests and ended up telling me the compressor unit was bad and I would need a new unit. He gave an estimate of $9698.00 for replacing a 1 1/2 ton unit. He basically lied to me. I had another company come out and look over the HVAC unit. The technician from this company ran some tests. We called to have a unit installed in a new residential construction and could not have been more pleased. Their estimate came in below everyone else’s they were prompt, courteous, and willing to work with us. They did a great job of explaining the process and making suggestions that would make our home more energy efficient. Dave and crew were professional and efficient. Highly recommend!
Buyer Beware!! I am rating them a one (1) only because zero (0) is not an option. My nightmare with this business began when my Heat pump was not providing heat, only a rattling noise. Contacted Eastern Panhandle Heating & Cooling, LLC and they set an appointment for Monday, I took off work and they sent a technician to my home.
