Very friendly and professional
I had a friend call to find out how much a consultation is for a cash patients and the receptionist was rude and not helpful so she politely told her thanks and hung up and went to the next office. She needs quite a bit of dental work and would be a cash patient so I would go over phone etiquette with your front office staff so you don't loose any other potential patients that aren't sooner care or insurance.
This place is simply amazing!! I highly recommend this office. Dr. Heath Evans did a fantastic job and was very personable. He explained the procedure it was quick and painless. He made a follow up call a few hours later to ensure I was feeling ok. I was feeling GREAT! No pain the next day either. SUper Surprised that is was so simple!! Thank you Dr. Evans!!
Dr. Segraves and his staff were REMARKABLE with my young and anxiety-ridden daughter. He spent time talking with her before her procedure to make sure she was comfortable. When the nurse found out my daughter loved dogs, she talked with her and showed her pictures of her own dog while she was preparing my daughter for sedation. They let me stay in the room with her until she was asleep. I greatly appreciated all the extra time and effort they gave us to assure she had a positive experience. This office was the best. Friendly, caring efficient. Dr Todd Johnson was great. They got me in on a Monday morning by 10:30 after a call from my dentist at 8:30. I hope I don't ever need them again. ...but if I do I definitely will go back to EOOMS. Thanks for the great care.
