I have an ongoing issue with a bad (scammer) contractor and I had to step in to resolve poorly and half-installed shower glass (door and stationary panel) and glass closet door. Since the contractor bought the glass at Eastern Mirror and Glass, I called to explain and ask for help. Every person I spoke with was polite and empathetic.
