Its a big flea market people with big garden's all the packing house are gone all the produce houses are gone.All the produce is Shipped in and so is beef ,pork an poultry I go to Meyer's Kroger or Westborn Fruit market. Produce Dist. DONT even go there any more

Love the assortment of offerings and the vibe. Hope they find other art forms to highlight. The mural theme is becoming gaudy.
I think we have lost the open market appeal. The merchandise is geared more toward vegetarians and hipsters. Too commercial I get the buy Michigan produce campaign but not enough fresh vegetables and fruit were there. I also had my experience jaded by the Farmers Market Restaurant That was horrible I have been a customer there for over thirty years and the respect and treatment I received as a customer an older African American Woman was totally un acceptable Management TOLD me sorry and what I viewed as racism was to be exp... read more
