We were quite disappointed that there was no organic produce there. One of the merchants said they tried to sell organic a few years ago and couldn't make a sale. Apparently people are going for cheap, not organic. We had a fun time walking around but left empty handed.
The smell of fresh produce, live music, plants and flowers all for great prices.
We love the market's diversity of product which allows our family to buy a large percentage of our food at Eastern Market on a weekly basis! We also enjoy being able to build relationships with the vendors - we receive great service!
