Great place to live in. I love my apartment and love how close it is to school and to downtown Ann Arbor. The Apartment complex is very well managed and maintained. The staff members are very friendly, they get to know the residents, and they genuinely care about making this an incredible place to call home.
The Place to Be ! Eastern Lofts is the place to be! They are so friendly and welcoming. From the moment you walk into the leasing office you gain a set of new friends and family. They are always so helpful and make you feel like you are always a priority.
Beautiful Apartment and Great Location. I'd like to say I moved here recently from out of town and I'm so glad that I found this place! My apartment is brand new, spacious and within walking distance from EMU which is perfect for me. As for the parking this is something important to me so I'm pleased that you get your own parking space and even have parking spots for visitors. The staff are very friendly and helpful and have made me feel at home so I totally recommend this place!
Very poor management I have dealt with the management here on numerous issues including: parking, parking passes, maintenance issues, trash pick up, etc... The answers are never consistent and the stories change each time I talk with the office. My car was towed even after I paid a deposit for a parking pass and they have only 3 visitor spaces for nearly 50 apartment units. Maintenance calls go unanswered (I had to call twice for water pooling in my kitchen and the toilet leaking). Office hours are business hours only so it'... read more

It is true that only residents who are leaseholders are issued resident parking passes.Residents sign a acknowledgment when receiving the parking policy .Not one of our residents has ever had their car towed while having a resident parking pass issued to them and adhering to the policy they signed. Our residents are our top priority. They deserve to come home and find a spot free for their use anytime day or night.
