Great college apartment Moved in last year for a college apartment and the space is great. Unit was updated and overall in great shape. Staff is always very friendly and reachable. Maintenance never took more than a day to service any issues. Renewed for next year already and hoping to live here for the rest of college.
Love it I've had no issues with living here. All requests i put in are done within the first day, they communicate very well. The space is huge. It's a overall good experience
Poor management The places fall apart easily and they don't care to fix anything. Management is childish and unprofessional.
Great Place to Live in. It is a great place to live in. I have been here for year and a half and have no complaints at all. Staff treat me like im one of them. I am going to renew for another year. I recommend that place to live. Quick maintenance and high quality service ??
AWFUL PLACE TO LIVE Wifi is horrible. They don’t care at all about your living space, just about your money. Been living here for about half a year now and they still have no clue what my name is. Start construction at 8-9AM, and they DO NOT care if you’re asleep or awake. The leasing office is super rude and mean towards everyone. The worst living experience I have ever been through.
Great place to live! I have lived in different apartments for 3 years now, and none have ever come close to being as great as Eastern Lofts has been. In every apartment prior to living at this one, I had sound issues, maintenance issues, and problems with changing lease terms. I have no noise issues at this one nor did they ever add a penny more than what the lease states. The people in the leasing office are awesome! I totally recommend! I love living here, the staff are very nice and helpful and the apartments are well maintained. I had an issue figuring out how to make payments online, they went the extra mile by creating one for me just to save me time! I will definitely be renewing my lease next year!!
Wouldn’t Recommend The wifi and service are ungodly bad. Parking rules don’t really make sense and if you’re towed it’s $400.
DO NOT STAY HERE My whole experience with management here was terrible. Only two weeks after moving in with BRAND NEW beds, furniture, and bedding my roommate found bed bugs in her room. There was no sign of bed bugs on her bed on her bedding or furniture. We did not find signs of them until we vacuumed the carpet. So we let management know that there were bed bugs in our carpet and they got an exterminator to come out not right away but a week or more later.
