Dr. Fischer goes over and beyond to make me feel comfortable and genuinely cares for my well being. She is thorough and takes all of my needs and insecurities into consideration when talking with me and prescribing treatment options. Dr. Donovan answered all of my questions regarding mental health medications and really listened to my history to give me her best advice. She went over side effects of my meds and made sure I had an understanding before leaving. You guys are amazing!
I had a great experience here! I loved Dr Eid and Dr cooper they have done an amazing job!!! The nurses staff was amazing!! 10 stars!!!
Eastern Iowa Health is mostly quacks. There are a few doctors here that are excellent but do not report post partum depression to them. They will call dhs and put words in your mouth. Most of them don't know what they are doing I feel. It's a shame they haven't been sued yet.
Got an IUD here and the whole procedure went great. Trisha Welsh did a good job and made the experience comfortable.
Doctor Christine Hawks was late to work, and didn’t look at my records. Was Rude and unprofessional. (Totally surprised she went to Creighton where my son went to school, thought she would be raised better) Took my blood pressure once and told me I didn’t have high blood pressure but anxiety (I’ve been on BP meds for a year now) and told me to go to a psychiatrist to prescribe me a high blood pressure med. Other staff was wonderful and friendly. But because of her incompetence I would not recommend this place to ANYONE.
I can't rate lower than a 1. Wish my insurance worked elsewhere.
