I originally was impressed. The salesman explained everything so I understood and the installer did a great job. About 12 months later I had a problem with my security door so I rang to ask how I could try and fix it or whether it was covered under the warranty. I was told it must be movement of the house (house is 12 years old so it’s not) or I pay $95 call out fee. If it’s not under warranty I just wanted to know (in layman’s terms) how to adjust. This experience put a real damper on the great one I had at time of purchase
Our experience of dealing with Eastern Garage Doors was brilliant. They are so easy to deal with... from the super enthusiastic Tom who visited and provided the quotation, to the lovely Georgia in the office who organized the installation date, to the team who came and put our new door in (and took the old door away). They were all efficient, knowledgeable, professional and polite. A real pleasure to deal with. We could not recommend Eastern Garage Door enough!
We have used this company on two occasions and have found them to be very knowledgeable and have always done an excellent job. They are very prompt and courteous. Would highly recommend.
