My door motor was repaired by replacement within 24 hours of contacting Eastern Garage Doors. Office staff were most helpful to provide costs and arrange a technician to attend as soon as possible. Technician appeared within the times given and his workmanship looks good. He was helpful in explaining the new remotes. Overall, Eastern Garage Doors were a pleasure to deal with. Recommended.

Yesterday my garage door collapsed due to broken drum. Tried 4 places to get quotes, 2 responded immediately and friendly. Sent both very detailed photos of damages and gave measurements of door and drum diameters to avoid multiple trips hence cost. Eastern Garage was chosen for earlier attendance to repairs. Fixed this morning with minimum of fuss and was a clean job. Tradesmen friendly and not time wasting. Very highly recommended! Thank you Eastern Garage Door, Georgia and Tom.
