I was so very happy with the service provided by Eastern Garage Doors. My roller door had stopped working and I phoned a few companies only to be put on hold and not giving me a quote or any reassurance about fixing my problem. THEN I luckily phoned Eastern Garage Doors. I was pleasantly greeted with a lovely friendly voice ( Emily I think) who reassured me, gave me a quote and arranged Darren to come out within the hour. Phone call was promptly picked up by Emily - she asked all the right questions and locked in an appointment within 15mins. Text reminders followed up accordingly. Joe arrived the next day as scheduled and sorted out issues with our garage door within an hour's work. Also, call out fees and estimated costs are clearly communicated. My door motor was repaired by replacement within 24 hours of contacting Eastern Garage Doors. Office staff were most helpful to provide costs and arrange a technician to attend as soon as possible. Technician appeared within the times given and his workmanship looks good. He was helpful in explaining the new remotes. Overall, Eastern Garage Doors were a pleasure to deal with. Recommended.
