The only reason come here at the Howell location is because this is where my insurance allows. The dentist & hygienists are ok but plan on wasting a ridiculous amount of your time in the waiting room. Not a once in a while fluke- it’s EVERY SINGLE TIME! I wait at minimum a half hour before getting called in to see the dentist then need to wait again in the waiting room for the cleaning! Stop over booking!
They get an A+ from me for various dental work done
Me and my 10 year old son went today 07/02/16 When I walked in I said this is going to cost a lot of money the place is 1st class and very modern. Everything is new and the staff was very nice. I got a price from Kamy Dental to fix my teeth and it was 5800.00 bucks. That was for 4 teeth. With my insurance they want 889.00 that's awesome! So glad we came today!!
Just to let you know, Eastern Dental of Howell is a wonderful experience. Have been going for a few years now and Katie the hygienist is absolutely the best. Also I love Dr. Rodriguez who is not only a wonderful dentist, but the only person my husband will use for his teeth. Any procedure he performs is done excellently! I do recommend this office to all my friends!
If I could give them minus stars, I would. After fixing a broken tooth months ago, I went in for my scheduled appointment today where they informed me that the repair to that tooth wasn't covered by my sub-par insurance that they are supposed to be working with and told me I was responsible for the bill. After telling them to bill me in order to give me time to talk to the company, they came back and told me I would have to reschedule my appointment until that balance was paid. Scheduling is a nightmare! Strange policy that you can't book cleaning appts more than 3 months in advance! Even more disappointing that you can't schedule a child to be seen for tooth pain without having to wait until the morning of for an "emergency" appt. For a working parent it's hard to plan your workday when you have to wait until 9 am to even discuss an appt time .
Great place people are very friendly. Dr is great with kids.
I love going to this office. As soon as I come in I'm greeted and if anything needs to be filled out it's given to me right away. I never wait long to get called into the exam room. Once in there I never wait long for the Dr. to come in. Both hygienists are excellent and their part doesn't take long either. The whole office is run so efficiently, I love it. I have recommended my friends to this office. I've gotten great feedback from them too.
