Disgusting workers who treat patience horrible!!! They deserve to be shut down!
They don’t answer the phone
you leave messages and messages and no one retunrs your call, i have a tooth ache and let that message but still no return, poor service
Worst experience with the new office manager. Very rude an unprofessional, the reason why people are leaving the practice. Dr. Rodriguez in the other hand is very professional and a great person.
Took months to get through on the phone, left several messages with no return call. Finally got through and they were all booked for 3 weeks. I am here now and of course I’m still waiting, really wondering why doctors have appointments. Another patient walked out as he stated to the receptionist that this is his 5th visit and once again his appointment was canceled. This will be my last check up and cleaning here, moving on!
I called to make an appointment. They told me that my insurance company never assigned them as an office. I called my insurance company and they told me that was not true. So I called back to make an appointment. It has taken me over two weeks to actually reach a live person, and I was immediately put on hold for 20 minutes. We have called 3 times and never get an answer. They ask you to leave a message and no one calls back
My husband brought my son in today for his cleaning that I scheduled back in July. Mind you..my husband had to take off work and my son had to miss school for this appointment. Anyway he gets there for the appointment and the receptionist asks my husband “what is the appointment for?” Are you kidding me?
