every time there is a screw up. they schedule for one thing and when you show up, it's something else. they will take your copay in advance but will not refund it when they decide you cannot have part 2 or 3 of your crown. the equipment is worn down or broken and there records never reflect that something was not done because of equipment failure. they overcharge because an alternative measure is needed. new paperless system is a nightmare. front desk staff are even fed up with it. avoid avoid avoid.
We travel 90 minutes from Atlantic City area to have our work done by them and it's worth the trip staff is so friendly they have become almost like family. Last trip we were singing oldies while getting our check up.
I had a toothache off and on for the last 3 weeks, put off going to the dentist one of my bigger fears lol, woke up 6 this morning in pain and just got really bad called eastern and got an appointment for 11:30, they were great very professional, Dr Levine was awesome, had to get the tooth pulled, as I was nervous put me at ease, they made sure my blood pressure was good, even gave me a blanket because it was cold in the room, Thank you Dr. Levine and his patient assistance excellent job. Never wait less than 30 minutes. Sitting here right now for 45 minutes just waiting for a root canal. They should call and update you if running late. Ridiculous.
My wife and I have gone to eastern dental of Hamilton over 20 years and have major work done there never had a problem dr Levine and his staff are excellent Mel goldberg
