I have been using Eastern for a couple years now because they have the option of child car seats. What prompted me to write this review is on Friday I thought I had cards stolen out of my wallet at work but later learned an eastern driver had found the cards and brought them back to my apartment building and gone looking for me and left them with my super. I am so incredibly grateful to him for doing this.
Felt like it was time to update this review since I've now used Eastern many times. This is the best car service in the area. They always show up on time and have friendly drivers. I will never count on anyone else.
I like the condition of the cars and the decent response time.
The driver was on time and courteous
We used Eastern 4 times in 4 days, in every instance, they were on time - or early - had courteous, English speaking drivers (ok well one struggled a bit but still was nice), clean cars, most of which are newer sedans. Our last ride was in a minivan owned by the driver (I asked) but in good repair, didn't break down on the way to JFK (hey, it happens!). Nelson was the nicest driver we'd had all week. They text confos with the driver's cell phone, GREAT tool.

My husband and I would call in for a car and the vehicles would always arrive clean and well kept and the drivers were pleasant. The prices were decent.
they are terrible ! the worst taxi company that i ever used . they forget your bookings , the driver is always late , you call the call center and they tell you that driver will be there in 15 minutes and it's not true !! believe me , the worst service in the world
