I called a cab for a 5am pick up taking me from Flatbush to LaGuardia. The woman on the phone was very helpful and nice. They immediately sent me a text message confirming my pick up time, location and price (which was very reasonable compared to other car services). They then texted me again at 4:30 to confirm a driver was on the way, and at 4:55am to let me know he was downstairs. Eastern was very reliable, well priced, and I will definitely use them again in the future.

Very easy to book and they were right on time. They came with an infant car seat for just $5 extra, which made it very convenient for us to get to the airport with our baby. Our driver Luis was very nice and helpful.

We used Eastern Car Service to get us from Morningside Heights to JFK, with our little girl (1yo). Service was excellent. We called appr. 3 hours prior to the pickup time and the driver was there exactly at that time. As ordered there was a child seat and space enough for all the luggage. We were nicely on time for our flight home. If you need a cab to JFK with a small child, don't hesitate to call ECS. I asked to be picked up at 3 pm, and my driver was right on time -- however, I was not. I wasn't ready until about 3:15 pm, and I apologized to my driver when he called at 3, but he said it was okay and he'd just get a coffee. When I was ready to go I gave him a call and he was already outside waiting. He was super nice and friendly.

I use this car service anytime I go to JFK or Laguardia from Brooklyn, and often when coming back from the airport as well. I book ahead online and the drivers have always been on time, very polite and driven me safely and quickly to my destination. I really appreciate the reliability.

Used for the first time and was perfectly fine. Booked online, got email confirmation and email with driver info shortly before my pickup. A little cheaper than Carmel, which I normally used.

My experience with Eastern was great. After vacationing in NYC, we called for a ride from Carroll Gardens to JFK just a few days before our return flight. We received a confirmation text within minutes. They texted us again on the day of our reservation to let us know what vehicle to look for, and to give us the driver's cell number.
