I needed a car service to pickup myself and a colleague for very early in the morning this past weekend. Not only were they on time, but they opened the door for us and were very polite. We received a text letting us know the name of the driver and a phone call when he arrived at my door. This is one cab company I would go back to if I needed them again in the future.
Nice features: they send you text message updates including the driver's cell phone number in case you can't find them.
I've never had a bad experience with Eastern Car Service. They have always been prompt when picking me up at home or the airport. The cars I've been in have been clean and the driver always calls me to let me know where he is when I'm at the airport. Even though there is a language barrier, the driver gets me where I'm going . I've been using them for a couple of years now.

Eastern is my go to service for getting to and from the Airport and just getting around town in general.
I have been using Eastern for years and have never been disappointed. They are punctual, communicative, and transparent about prices. Most recently, I called Eastern to drive a friend to the airport. I was able to reserve the car in advance and was quoted a price that sounded very fair (I think it was $35 from Ditmas Park to LGA. We were very happy with the driver and even though we ran into unexpected traffic, he knew the area very well and was able to get us to the restaurant right on time.
