Definitely cannot recommend their agent Susan Galyean. Ms. Galyean decided to pocket over $3500 in deposits from a rental property she co-owns in Bee Cave. The $3500 belongs to a young, single mother with two kids going through a divorce. No explanation, no communication, not a word from this owner. Unfortunately, this single mom will need to file suit and a complaint to TREC - spending more time and money that would be better used for her two small children.

This summer, when we decided to sell our home of almost 30 years, a friend recommended Patrick Easter. We closed last week and could not have asked for a more supportive or professional realtor.
