The management office... (Verified Renter) The management office is friendly and extremely responsive. Anytime I've had a maintenance request, it has been responded too quickly and to my complete satisfaction.
The only con... (Verified Renter) The only con about the apartment complex is the parking situation. Building two has a limited amount of parking in the garage and on the second level. Multiple covered spots on the second level of the parking garage are not being used. Building two residents shouldn't have to park on the street or across the street when the parking garage is full and the non covered spots on the parking garage are full. The unused covered parking spots should be first come first serve.
I would not... (Verified Renter) I would not recommend this apartment community due to the fact that I can always hear the people who live above me. Every single step that’s taken I can hear. I’ve also had issues with water leaking through the windows when it rains and i’ve Complained but it hasn’t been fixed.
Impressed by the... (Verified Renter) Impressed by the amenities, location, and staff. I'm not impressed easily. I have not felt this good about committing to rent in a community EVER. I love Eastbridge.
