We bought a Beko induction range from Eastbank in 2022, and unfortunately the stovetop to the range failed midway through the summer of 2025. Even thought this was only three years after purchase, it fell outside of Beko's warranty range. I called Eastbank, and they paid to have a technician come to look at the range. The technician determined that the entire range stovetop would need to be replaced, which was well over half the original cost of the unit itself.
