Very clean studio with friendly instructors. I attended the barre class and had never experienced barre before. It was challenging but an amazing workout unlike one I’ve ever been given before. Very positive environment. I will be coming back for sure!
My husband and I have been going to East Wind for a year and we love the hot yoga every Thursday night from Kellie. She is a great instructor and we truly enjoy the class. Mary is always friendly and we love her as well!
I've been attending yoga at Eastwind for the past few year and I absolutely love it here! Recently I decided to try the Pilates & Barre classes and I am hooked! The staff here is also amazing, they are very friendly & knowledgable. I would highly recommend trying any of the classes they offer.
I love attending the yoga classes offered at east wind. The staff if always so nice and welcoming. I honestly look forward to it each week.
Great staff. Restorative yoga by candlelight is an awesome way to end the week. Sunday morning yoga is energizing and a great workout. Great variety of classes. All teachers are highly trained. Love it
We went to learn about cupping, Moxa etc for self treatment. A great workshop and interesting dialog. Thank you Laura for a great worship.
I have fibromyalgia and the yoga really helped me with my pain! It was so relaxing.
