The ladies and the atmosphere are so inviting! My first visit, I am from Alabama and we are very big on manners and being polite, these ladies went above and beyond I make me feel welcome! The class itself was incredible! Worked all my muscles and tested my balance, not easy for a weight lifter! They all helped me through my very first yoga class along with my best friend Rickie Rivera. All the particulars we kind and I sincerely enjoyed talking with them and the instructors. Anna is amazing!
