I LOVED � the courteous customer service! The staff was excellent! The staff was very knowledgeable and kind! Dr. K is GREAT!!! Michelle (hygienist) did a wonderful job and was very thorough as-well-as very knowledgeable. She not only does a terrific job but is gentle and understanding on how to treat a patient. I have been through several dentist and hygienists in my day. And Michelle and Dr. K blow them out of the water! The entire staff at EWD was awesome!!! Go to East Wichita Dentist...you won't be disappointed.
They are very kind and dedicated. You don't get sent to the chair and forgotten about for half an hour. Very detail-oriented.
This is thefirst dentist office I have been to where they don't scold you about the shape your teeth are in. The whole staff is nice and everythng is explained including the cost of procedures
I use to hate the idea of going to the dentist. I needed to get some work done. I called several dentist offices before I decided on Dr. David Koespel. That was the best decision I made. I know it sounds crazy but it was enjoyable, the only little pain was the shots. He's definitely the BEST DENTIST, I've been to. The whole staff is wonderful and very nice.
my wife justed started going to see Dr. David Koppsel. she really likes him as her dentist he is great very nice very down to earth and the staff there is excellent. She would definately reccomend this office to her friends/co-workers. Thank you East Wichita Dental office. 5 stars for sure.
I had broken my tooth on Christmas eve I waited till the beginning of the year to find a dentist that could do it as soon as possible.... I called east Wichita dentistry on 1/4...even as a new patient they got me am appointment for the next morning. The staff was very professional and nice.... When it got down to the actual extraction of the tooth Dr Koepsel ensured that i was comfortable and understand what the tooth extraction was going to be like....I will be making this office my permanent dentist office.
The best! Professional, caring and puts a wimp like me at ease. Love you all :)
