Had a molar removed which I wasn't looking forward to but the Dr and Assistant were so assuring and explain what to expect. It was done in no time. Patricia (hope I have her name right) said I'll walk you out and I replied - Oh, it's all done? Just a wonderful team! Thank heavens I found Dr. Koepsel again - lost him for a while when he moved into his new location.

How I spent my mid morning by William R. Hills Everyone was very nice and quite competent. Dr. D. Has a demeanor that relaxes you and guides you through the experience with ease. Patrisha is a very pleasant person and is the sort of assistant every Dentist could use to put the patient at ease. The office manager was also a very nice lady who has beautiful teeth that are to die for. I also ran into a fellow El Doradoan, Tiffany, who's uncle is a friend of mine from high school. David Koepsel and Roxy are absolutely awesome!!! In fact, the whole staff at East Wichita Dentist were so caring, helpful, and considerate there was no question in my mind that this was the place for me.

Had a broken tooth abd was able to make it in the save day as I broke the tooth. Ended up needing a root canal and the staff was friendly, calming and very caring. Dr K was the best dentist I've ever had! Found my new dental home here!
