Arnold and Carol both had a very pleasant, helpful, and rewarding visit with our dentist. Both the dentist and the hygienist made our visit friendly and painless. We would definitely recommend East Wichita Dentist to our friends and family.

I chipped off a piece of the back of a lower front tooth. Dr Koepsel was able to bond some material to the back of the tooth. i was in and out of the chair rather quickly. I really appreciate Dr. Koepsel's wonderful care. He has a great team working with him too.
I've been going to this office for years now and just started taking my daughter.. There always great and quick and their great with kids..
1. DIDN'T MAKE ME FEEL RUSHED. Dr. Koepsel gave me all the options for my 'treatment'. Very to the point. Took the time out of his busy schedule to talk about, where I'm from etc. That means so much to a patient, it 'breaks the ice' per se. Very impressed w/his professionalism & knowledge!!

Regardless of your prior dentist visits, East Wichita Dentist will surprise you, and pleasantly so. Observing waiting rooms is revealing, and EWD's seemed more like a spot where friends had sat down to chat and catch up. The entire staff, from Dr. Koepsel on down, were professionally friendly, seemed to know every patient by name, and were able to patiently answer all questions. Looking for top-drawer dental care? a friend recommended so i changed to this dentist - they got me in really fast for a much needed repair! im 46 and still have terribly sensitive teeth ... they tenderly checked my sensitivity and when i was ready they went to work! the BEFORE and AFTER pics speak for themselves and EVERYONE was INCREDIBLY AWESOME from reception to billing, to the dental work itself! Thank you Dr. KOEPSEL and STAFF!!
The doctor and staff are warm funny and friendly. Best of all, they are highly skilled and excellent at their jobs. After too many childhood dental horror stories, I am at ease in this office and comfortable. I feel well cared for.
