Their number one priority is to push as much dog food as possible. I took my dog in for just a check-up, and the first thing the vet did was try to push Purina on me. All these reviews about this place being affordable are wildly inaccurate. This place charges about 30% more than other clinics in the area. I made it very clear to them that I was not there to buy food, but when I got home that night, I went over my receipt and noticed they had snuck 4 cans of Purina on the bill. I love Dr Hohn and all the staff.
Dr. Hohne is a remarkable veterinarian. I've never met a vet so committed and honest. The staff there are also great. This past weekend I had to put my baby to sleep and they made it easy and we're so comforting and really helped me through it. Lynnie was seen by Dr. Hohne before and he was always honest and isn't like any vet I've been to in the past. I have seen Dr Hohne for over 20 years for all my cats and the dog. He is the most caring, informative vet I have ever met. I drive 60 miles to see him---and it is well worth the drive. He is the best!

I'm not a customer, but I love what they do for Josh and his critters. They have a heart of gold. What I've seen unfold these past couples days just melts my heart. I love them for what there doing for animals, especially CHARLIE THE CAT. A cat that came off the street and needed immediate care, with no hesitation they cared for him!!!! I've been giving donations for CHARLIE and the ladies are all sweet and beautiful. Thank you East Valley Veterinary Clinic, for helping God's creatures and to Josh and his Critters too!
I've known Dr. Hohne for many years now and he is the most compassionate and caring veterinarian I've ever met. I have and will continue to refer my friends and family to him! <3
