The worst customer service ever!!! I'm also in the service industry.I've been trying to get a part from them since July 21. They worked on my radiator and didn't put a piece back. The tech was a real jerk towards me. I came in with a problem and he reacted like it was my problem. Pulled my car in like he was being chased! I used to use this company in the 1990's and mid 2008.
