I want to give a big thank you to the team at East Town Storage for their honesty and kindness. A package I ordered was mistakenly shipped with their address instead of mine due to an error by the company I purchased from. It was delivered on June 26 and left outside their door while they were at lunch. When the staff returned, they brought the package inside to keep it safe instead of leaving it outside. This is my second time in 5 years using them. I went back when I had this need again because of the staff location and price!! Clean excellent service and care from the staff and again they made the process easy!
Affordable and clean units! The owners are there every day that their schedule says and they are easily reached and openly communicate with their customers
0 prices are absolutely wonderful. Easy in and easy out. The staff in the office is wonderful. They are very kind.
