Our first appointment was scheduled for today, 2/27/24 at 3p booked on 2/5/24. The time had been rescheduled 12 minutes after it was booked (the initial appointment time was 9:15a that same day) and confirmed by the front desk only to find out that the new appointment time was not entered into their system on their end. On top of this, we were contacted a minimum of 3 times with pressure to get us in each within a 15-20 minute window due to an “opening” (cancel).
