Dr harris is very intelligent and kind she has been very helpful and supportive with us in this journey her receptionist always get back with you as soon as she can they are a very busy clinic and small but still very efficient. Absolutely love them
Rude and unhelpful
I only gave this one star because Google doesn't allow 0. I have never been so disappointed by a physician in my entire life, and in 4 years of TTC I have been faced with a lot of let downs... Dr. Harris' office takes the cake. Where to begin? Just like many other reviews say, she talks way to fast and treats you like you're just another number. They took my money and will not return it. I have never even been to this doctor but the bill i paid to my doctor, thru a third party bill pay service that she uses, sent it to her and she will not return my money or my emails anymore. If I ever needed an IVF doctor I wouldn't use her. Seems a little crooked to me.
Dr. Hariss is truly one of the best fertility specialists in Knoxville. She combines exceptional medical expertise with a warm, approachable manner. (receptionist ) Her receptionist lady is wonderful calm, quiet, and always ready to help with whatever you need. The whole experience feels supportive and professional from the moment you walk in.
