Joining the choir: avoid this office by all means. Came in 30 min ahead, waited for 2+ hours in the lobby, reminded the receptionist about my presence, was taken into the room. Dr. showed up, said Hi and left for another 15 min. Did not like the Dr. either - casual approach does not help with patients. Was referred to stress test. They had no techs, was delayed by a month. Awful!

The physicians and their care are wonderful, however, the receptionist are rude and inconsiderate. The two they normally have when I go in are unpleasant. It's sad that the first people you deal with before your appt ruin the entire experience.

This is the worst run office I've ever seen. The MDs seem competent, but as stated in another review, when your primary care MD can't get through, there's a BIG problem. This has happened to two separate patients of theirs with two separate MDs. Six weeks after a heart cath, we're still waiting for a call back from "who?" for a four week follow-up. When meds were changed, it took the pharmacy sending repeated requests for a beta blocker, repeated phone calls from the patient, and the primary care trying to get this resolved ... read more

I think Dr Martin is a great doctor .He listens and pays attention to your needs .As for a support staff they are horrible.You can call multiple times and never get a call back from them .They don't even call back your primary physician when they call them.Waiting to be scheduled for surgery and need a echo cardiogram prior to getting in and can't get a call back I was told he was changing my beta blocker and got called in the same one I am on . Nothing as important than a follow up call when a patient calls.
