I came to "just look" at some of the pre-owned Dodge Journeys. I left with a 2011 Dodge Journey. The staff, especially Chris Anderson, went above and beyond to find the best deal for me.
They took me in right away, changed the oil, performed all the checks. I purchased the car in May, 2015. I made the appointment, brought the car in, waited for the work to be done, drove it home where my husband was sitting in his chair, reading, just as I had left him. East Tennessee Dodge called my husband and thanked him for his business.
Had oil change completed! Even put the decal in the corner of the window for the next oil change.
