Great, friendly and fast.
I went in for an oil change and to have problems with my ignition and a leak inside the cabin on the passenger side checked out. All problems were corrected and my vehicle was ready in a short time. All associates I encountered were efficient and friendly.
As always Kevin was great! He found the vehicle I was interested in. Finance was able to to keep my payments where I needed them. Brad did a great job with with my husbands Durango that we had brought in to be repaired.
The staff at East TN Dodge are friendly and ready to help in every way they can. They are knowledgeable about their vehicles. They will get our return business.
