We came in because my battery went dead. The service person told us upfront that it would cost us $70.00 to check the car out and could take as long as one hour. 30 minutes later, the car was checked out and the service man said he would only charge us 1/2 price since it didn't take the entire hour.....something we weren't expecting, but really appreciated. You can't ask for much more than that.

I got off work to discover my battery was dead. it was 7 degrees outside. I got a jump start. then called the dealer to see if they could get me if to check the battery. I wasn't expecting them to say to come on over. it was pretty late. but they got me right in. the battery was bad but they didn't have one in stock but they took one out of a new truck on the lot and sold it to me. they were sold out because the cold weather was taking its toll on them.

I had to have my new wireless ignision key programed and, I had to have a dealer's help. Let's be honest, when something gets broke and needs fixin', the time and expense to get it fixed is not my favorite past-time. The "Good" rating is based on, East Tennessee Dodge did what you said you could do, at the price you quoted. Nothing more, nothing less.
