I went to the old service location and no one there or any notice to go to the new location. So did another car. We waited for a while and finally an employee walked by and directed us to the new building.

We were in Crossville for the longest yard sale on Saturday and had no plans to buy a car today. I had been looking for a new 2014 Chrysler 300S black with all the options in our home city of Knoxville. My local dealer was not able to get the car I wanted or able to do the deal I wanted because the car was 500 miles away at another Chrysler dealer in VA. This is the ultimate no pressure car buying experience. The only thing I wish they would do better is either drop the sales people from having to take the deal to the manager or cut down the time you have to sit and wait. We felt that is a mind game and takes way too much time. Other than that our experience has been extremely good. Sales, finance and service great service.
Everything about this dealership is excellent. The service department is the best we have ever experienced. We felt we got the deal we were looking for with the purchase of our NEW CAR. The staff are friendly and very helpful. This dealership is top notch. Would recommend it for anyone looking for service for their current vehicle or looking to buy another vehicle.
Working with Misty was a real pleasure. She took the time to asses my wants and found a perfect vehicle I probably wouldn't have looked at. She also takes the time to know her clients and their FAMILY. This is not my first vehicle from East TN Dodge but is the best experience I've had and will be back as long as you continue to keep people like Misty on your sales staff.
