My man Cody was absolutely wonderful. It was raining outside when he approached me on what he can do for me. No one else approached me concerning my needs. He also brought me out an umbrella as well. Best experience in Crossville since I have lived here. I am a business manager myself and appreciate the small things...they go a LONG way. Thanks Cody!!!! Go Cowboys!!!!
I had a bad experience buying a car at this dealership back 7 or 8 years ago. This time was great Thomas was helpful and things went much better. After today's experience I would definitely come back and would be more than happy to send anyone up here that wanted to purchase a car.

The service was good and they did their best to please. but took a while.
Always a pleasure dealing with the dealership. Had a wheel with damage that I didn't notice until I got home. They repaired it for me. The repair was great. Can barely tell the wheel was ever damaged. East Tn Dodge will be my first stop when I look for a vehicle again.
Chris and Jonathan took excellent care of me. They answered all my questions and did everything to make my experience at East TN Dodge a great one.
Jase was 100% great with his customer service skills. He kept me updated on my vehicle repairs as needed, so I never had to call and ask if it was ready or not. I will definately be asking for Jase for future auto servicing needs.
I came in for an oil change...I had my appt scheduled for 10:00. The option to schedule ahead of time was a great feature since I had to bring my 10 month old daughter. We waited for over an hour .
East Tennessee Dodge has the best service department we have ever dealt with. We have had our car serviced here for the past 5+ years and have always been more than satisfied with the work done here. The staff is helpful and friendly. Service work is always done in a timely fashion. Great place to purchase and service your vehicle.
