Leslie and the staff at East Simpson Coffee Company really did help save the day for our wedding. With the recent late spring snow hindering our plans for an outdoor ceremony we needed a Plan B venue. My wife and I approached Leslie about using the Hive, their event space in the back of the coffee shop. We had a wonderful time listening to the Wallpaper Band. The gluten free items were good and we felt welcomed by the manager, who gave us samples of the lovely soup. A good time was had by all!
