East Simpson is a must visit when in Lafayette! I love the location and nearby shops, but the coffee!!!! Oh the coffee. I had their medium mocha with a splash of hazelnut. It was rich, chocolaty, delectable!! I went as far as asking what they used in the mochas and found they make their own mocha mix! I would have bought a jar of it if I could have!! If I hadn’t already eaten breakfast, I would have gotten a cinnamon roll or croissant as they looked so buttery, flaky good. The environment is fun and relaxing.
