El señor que me atendió fue muy amable y muy rápido apesar de que no tiene quien le ayude a recibir los referidos e ingresar la información a la computadora, él hace todo sólo y fue muy rápido y muy amable.
Worst experience I've ever had in my life. Gentlemen didn't clean me right, touched it after he cleaned it,also wipe it after he cleaned it. and my arm has been hurting me 5 days.Pretty sure he gave me a hematoma. He also shook my blood intill it had bubbles in it!!! He should be fired doesn't know how to take bloodwork and doesn't know how to talk to patients neither he was nice too me.
Ray and his staff are amazing. I do not like needles and I didn't even feel the needle go in.
Long wait and poor directions when entering for the first time. Poor guy (Ray) has ten people waiting and it’s only him doing entry intakes and blood draws. I waited well over 30 minutes. Ray said, with only him, it was a long wait all the time. The room to give blood didn’t feel clean and updated either. My old neighborhood (Smith St, N Prov) had at least two phlebotomists. East Ave is closest to me but I’ll be looking for a better staffed location.
There usually is only one tech working so it can be a long wait! The tech has to check you in and then draw your blood. They need more help!
