Had to leave work to get a urinalysis test done, waited for 1 hr to have my chance to take the test, said that my test was not received. So I called my drs office to fax directly to them, he took the next patient while the lab work was faxed over. Now I was going to put my name back on the list but I didn’t think I would have to because well I’ve been waiting this whole time. He then proceeds to run off the names of 3 people that just came in. Hi, I always come to this facility..I have small veins and alot of techs have a hard time getting.me takes them a few times and I habe to leave with no blood draw. RAY gets me EVERY time!! He is fast, he can multi-task very well, griendly, caring and efficient at his job. He is alone in their and I do feel bad that he does all of the paper work and draws alone but I have to be honest. The wait is not long and he can do his job even with great conversation and get to the next one attentively. He never complains how much work ... read more
I tried to call because a website told me "call this number for a doctor" went through all the steps for a new patient, explained why i was calling. Hung up on me immediately. Didn't explain at all if I was calling the wrong number or if she didn't understand, no just hangs up.
I had a great experience here. Ray is one of the best phlebotomist with great experience. He anticipates the work and provides patients with great customer service with a smile. This will be the only place I go to get my labs done as long as he is there. Thanks Ray! You are God sent.
