☆☆☆ 2/5 Stars I visited East Side Clinical Laboratory on Prospect Street in Pawtucket expecting what most people expect from a laboratory visit: check in, get tested, and go home. Instead, I spent over an hour navigating a confusing process that seemed poorly explained from start to finish. I arrived around 7:15 AM and found a waiting room already filling up with patients. Although they say they are open until 12 on a Saturday the doors are locked by 11 o’clock because they don’t want any more patience in there
The wait is long on a Saturday and the results never get sent to my Dr. I have to call after 1 week to get results. Try Another company When in front of customer they must speak ENGLISH, disrespectful to speak another language
Long wait and not good at difficult draws.
