Dr. Moon is excellent, however, there seems to be a bit of disrespect of the office staff. When my appointment is for 8 am, I would expect to have my appointment start at 8 am, however, the front desk does not unlock the door until 8:05 while they stand looking at you. Then they proceed to check you in. So the day starts off 10-15 min behind schedule. I had a tooth pulled. He took his time and asked how I was doing numerous times. There has no pain and no problems afterward.
DO NOT GO HERE! My wife, my mother, and I have all had multiple appointments cancelled last minute. When my appointment was canceled last, they told me the next available appointment was two months out. My wife and both received our first diagnoses of cavities in the same year from this dentist. I then received another diagnosis of a cavity from him that same year. I have been going to a different dentist for 2 years now and no cavities. I strongly believe we were being scammed. RecommendedAshley has been cleaning my teeth for years. She is exceptional and makes you feel relaxed even during this pandemic. Dr. Moon is awesome as well and so is their entire staff. I highly recommend East Rochester family dentistry

Everyone is so nice and curious! Appointments are on time and they are there to answer my questions! If I have an emergency they get me in to see the dentist!

I called the office in severe pain, I explained I had never been there, and had a fear of dentist, the person on the phone couldn't have been more compassionate. Everyone explained every step of the process, and Dr Moon was gentlest dentist, and gave me several options, and made my pain go away. Thank you Dr Moon, and your entire staff for putting my mind at ease
Went in for first appointment and they spent so much time trying to upsell whitening and braces that there was no time to clean my teeth.
Worst mistake I ever made was doing invisalign. Second mistake was having it done by Dr. Moon. A few weeks before I should have been finished invisalign I noticed a lump on my gum that went into my nostril. Went in to the office and was told it would be fine and would you believe that I would have a fuller lip. Well it wasn't fine the tooth had been sent to far into my gums. It is now approaching a year and I have not been able to take a bite of food with this tooth without being in pain. This is a front tooth so I am forced... read more
