My 4 month old siberian husky was hit by a car a few weeks back and I took him to the emergency vet where they told me he would need his leg amputated. Instead I brought him in to erah. Best thing I could have done. The vet and staff have been amazing and so caring. My little boy is still healing but they gave him a chance and now he is using his leg and his chances of keeping his leg have improved. Words cannot explain how thankful we are to erah and all they have done for us. They really went above and beyond with his care... read more
Brought my ball python in for respiratory infection. Dr. Balonek was amazing. Very friendly staff and well educated. Thank you again...see you in 3 weeks!
This is where to get the best care for your animals. Have been with Dr. Bolonek for 20 or more years. He is THE BEST of THE BEST!!!!!!! You won't find better or kinder care in Rochester.
Took my two year old pitbull here for a torn ACL. The vet was awesome and spent an hour with me at the initial consult going over the whole procedure and answering my dozens of questions about recovery, etc. to put my mind at ease. He was super knowledgeable and friendly, as was all of the staff that took care of my dog during her stay after the surgery.
