The place is great the service is awesome and the price is so affordable love the place I took my puppy 🐶 Chico and they did great
We had a very sick kitty. He was a very special boy! We took him in to East Ridge to see what could be done. The prognosis was not good and we decided to put our sweet Oliver out of his misery. Dr. Turner was amazing! She took a lot of time explaining to us what was wrong with Oliver and what the process was going to be. We really appreciate Dr. Turner's compassion in this very difficult time! RIP Oliver!
Amazing hospital for exotics. They have been caring for my sick chameleon for the last week and a half. Everyone has been friendly and Dr Turner has been incredible. I could really tell she cares about my pet and is doing what she can to help him feel better. I also haven't felt rushed on the phone or in the office which makes me very happy. Thank you guys for helping my little fella out. There is always a really long wait, but I never mind. The end result is always worth it.
The long wait for a scheduled appointment is way too stressful for me and my dogs.
We brought our dog here since he was 8 weeks old. I felt that they did a decent job for the past 11.5 years until this past Friday. I called in the morning to have my senior dog seen as he was rapidly declining. After being on hold for a long time, the receptionist answered. I was then put on hold for another long amount of time to talk to a tech. I told her the situation and was told "sorry, we have no appointments left today".
