We have been going to East Ridge Animal Hospital since Dr Speciale owned it and Jerry took over. The care is exceptional but the wait time is outrageous. The prices are fair. I waited 45 minutes for my puppy to get a shot. The week before 1 hour and 15 minutes for her to get her shots and that doesn’t include the 20 or more you wait to get checked out. The office needs to get more organized and more Vets hired.
Just have to say thanks for the care and kindness we receive. Thank You Dr. Leffler, Johna , Darnell, Jose, Terri, Bruce and whoever I did not mention. Everyone is always kind, helpful and compassionate ! THANK YOU !
Dr. Turner is a nice and caring veterinarian. Good place to bring all your animals.
i have been going to eastridge since i moved here since 2000 and they take good care of my pets my dog is 18 yrs old and still kicking good but slower my cat pasted in 2014 from cancer but she was 11. i have 2 more cats one 4 and the baby is 9mts. they are a good vet office, very caring and very passinate with all animals. i wouldnt take my pets no where else and my daughter and son, and grandson they take their pets there also. best place to take any of your animals. recommand eastridge 100%..
My husband and I have been taking our animals to East Ridge for over 18 years. I am sorry that some people have had less than good experiences....when my Pomapoo had to be put down, they left me alone with him for over an hour in the room so I could grieve and never once said hurry up we need the room. We currently have 3 cats and 2 dogs that are patients there and all are cared for wonderfully. Love the staff and doctors but always waiting to be seen
I’m lucky to have found a place where they take such good care of my dogs.
After waiting two hours and having to driug to my dog to get his nails cut a five minute appointment and they couldn't muzzle him I had to and then they tried to cut his nails probably the tranquilizer had worn off the dog was stressed right out!send complaining a technician by the name of Gianna told me if I didn't like it to take my file and leave
Just pick up my dog from surgery on spading and also requested several times that a hernia at the belly button be taken care of ... no such procedure was completed with being told that they didn't notice until after the procedure for spading was done. I'm not happy that a doctor cannot read before he performs surgery. Now if this becomes a situation in the future my dog will have to go under surgical procedure again.
