We went there not expecting much but to look. They took better care of us than a dealership that I was related to the owner Despite having trouble with the system while running our application. Vivo was patient and took great care of us to make sure wee were comfortable tge whole time. He made sure got the best rate . Payment we desired. Even made sure our concerns were taken care of I would go here anytime even if trying decide trade. I trust they will take of us
We bought the vehicle back in May of this year and we've had several problems with the vehicle. We barely got it off of his lot and literally down the road we started having AC issues so he sends us to his other shop where I guess they fix everything. I traded my Santa Fe for his Tahoe, I've had the AC done 3 times by him and now my transmission is going out and I have almost a 1 year old and now I can't drive my vehicle because of whatever he has done to my vehicle. My mother bought a vehicle from here. 2 days later the vehicle started having electrical issues. Couldn’t fix it after 2 tries. Then gave her another vehicle and after the 3 rd day owing this vehicle the key would not come out the ignition. I would not recommend this lot to anyone
We came from Oklahoma City and they did not disappoint. They helped us get a lower interest rate that worked with our budget! Would definitely recommend buying with them again!
They had the car I wanted for less than anywhere else. Franco Viva was patient the whole time I didn’t feel rushed and at the end of the day I left in my traverse 10 of 10 service.
