Well I'm not sure what to say. I was greeted properly, and as I pursued the helmets ( I wanted a new one) a nice young lady approached to help me! In the middle of the discussion, a salesperson came up to her and told her he had a customer who just spent 50k and needed her attention ASAP! ... Like I wasn't as important as the another customer.. We'll to her credit she stayed with me but I felt guilty and cut my inquiries short.. Bought a few things, but now, who knows where will I spend my 100K ? 😳 Very impersonal experienc... read more
I get all my bikes serviced at HARLEY orlando Dominic my service writer is brilliant true professional I up graded my warranty and Chris Williams in finance helped me out with paperwork great guy . My son is itching to buy a new bike and orlando HARLEY will be our first choice
Super friendly staff on the sales floor. The apparel gals were wonderful as well. I would recommend for sure.
Went in to look at shirts, accessories, etc...ended up walking out with some awesome shirts the exact sizes and style I needed for family with the help and knowledge from Yarik. Then also, ended up riding out on a '17 Road Glide with the knowledgeable, every question answered, remarkable assistance from Dustin Schwab.
I love it, I visited the Orlando store back in December 2015 and purchase some bracelets I thought from the Harley shop. Crystal Bracero assured me and helped me find to repurchase my favorite bracelet again 'Skulls beads' Great customer service thank you!
Clearly you guys have horrible customer service. You owe a family back in Indiana there money! The plane ticket people. What a rip off. Tim, Shane, any other manager you're all pos and need to get it together. Way to ruin a brand name!

I just graduated from my motorcycle riders course here. The fun and knowledgeable staff explain everything so clearly. The instructions build your skills from nothing to being able to ride on the road with confidence. I highly recommend this shop amd their school
