Worst service dept of any dealership I've ever been to bike leaks oil since they worked on it and this last time they had it for three and half weeks and didn't even work on it it sat so long when I had enough and wanted my bike i had to wait 30 minutes because they had to dig it out of the back and air my tires up because it sat in the same spot the whole time and hadnt even been touched
We traded our 2001 Electra Glide Classic for a 2012 Ultra Classic. We couldn't be happier with the bike. We had a couple of problems but Scott, Darrin and Dominic took care of everything. Thanks to all at Orlando H-D

The store in in disney springs is expensive. But it is in disney World lol but sales lady was very nice helped find a police related product and they pro military give a discount for military . especially considering it was packed and still was smiling.
Worst customer service I have ever delt with at a harley dealer. There sales people try to screw you over on trades and bait and switch on the bike that you want. And they delete all really negative coments on here or they have. I have done 2 other coments on here and they only kept the one that was not a bad coments.
Rented and Electra glide off these guys last week while on holiday from the UK. awesome customer service guys thank you so much for a great experience
