Horrible customer service! Bought a bike in 2015 and bought an in store maintenance plan with the bike for $2395.00. Had the bike serviced twice for major warranty issues! Then the bike was totaled, thanks to a 23 year old who pulled in front of us! We lived! We asked about the maintenance plan and were told it is non refundable but when you get a new bike it transfers!! Ok accident was on 2/11/16, took a year to heal!! On 4/3/17 we buy a new bike, a Harley! So we go in and tell them got a new bike and then they want $300 to... read more

After traveling to Tallahassee Harley Davidson and recieving incredible costumer service and even a free wash I thought I would get the same service at the HD I actually bought my bike from but I was informed that that would be twenty dollars for a wash and rinse and with an attitude. I'm wondering what happened in the 257 miles in between Orlando and Tallahassee but I'll definitely be making the hike to Seminole or Lakeland HD which sucks because I live around the corner from The Orlando HD. Had A BLAST!!! Loved your choice of Tribute bands during Bike Week!! only have 2 lil complaints....No Stella!! :( (which is mentioned on the flyer...and one night i came and the band quit a half hour early.... boo hooo
