Stopped by while on vacation. Very friendly and professional environment. Paul Maleski was my sales rep. He was able to answer every question I had. I will definitely be going back!
The only reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 is because when my new bike was delivered, both front turn signals were loose. Since I don't live in Florida, I decided to tighten the myself. The bolts were tight, I believe it's an issue with manufacturing. I bought a 2017 Street 750. The dealership itself was very professional. Yarik was very helpful with the sale.
Today i went on an interest on a FatBoy, i was assisted by Odin, the guy is very professional, aproachable and dilligent, i highly suggest that you ask for Odin!!
The service department at Orlando Harley-Davidson South is outstanding in every regard. Technologically astute, honest, ethical, and they work on your bike like it belongs to their mothers. I hope I never break down in the road, because whatever service department I take it to will have to measure up to this one, and that is a mighty tall order.
Not my first Harley but my first at this dealership was dealt with professionalism staff especially by Yarik and the financial people would recommend this place
One of the best buying experiences ever! The entire staff was involved, I met all the departments, paperwork took 10 minutes, even had a little celebration when the purchase was over. This is what a buying experience should be. Special shout out to Matt Conley, the master of the deal. Worked his ass off to get me on the bike I wanted, I couldn't be happier. Thanks Matt!
