After this office incorrectly filled out my paperwork for school, I attempted to go back to get it corrected. What was supposed to be a simple task turned into a 3 week dilemma that FINALLY got fixed however paperwork was still missing. Today I went back to the office to pick up the remaining paperwork and not only was the woman at the front desk rude she began applying lotion on her feet right in front of me sitting in the chair. RecommendedMargaret is the best!! she is lovely and caring and went out of her way to help me. As always, Leslie rocks! it's a shame that some of the women at the reception area are consistently the worst part of every visit. I've been going there for years and the receptionists never fail to disappoint
Dedicated and courtesy doctors/staff Sometimes it is difficult to get through over the phone �
Doctors are great. Staff behind the desk need major work. They are rude. They act as if they are doing you a favor. You are ignored, put on hold 22 mins at a time (new record). They have not a clue why you are there (sick, checkup, something worse) but they don't care, their professionalism is non existent. The Doctors should call the office or have a family member (block number) and go through what we go through, I bet there would be an overhaul or some new positions opened.
Get a whole new front desk staff!
I’ve been going to Dr Moynihan for years and absolutely love him. He talks w you as a person, NOT just a patient that gets shuffled out the door. I get early morning appts and am in and out with little wait. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone!
