I had to have 2 operation at Maitland hospital n after few weeks I was sent home n was told a community nurse would come to my house n change my vac dressing machine that I had connected to my stomach for 2 months it was a big journey but I couldn't have done it with out Catherine my community nurse she is /was amazing she was so gentle as I had a huge hole in my stomach that was filled with sponge n had to be changed every 2nd day n machine change aswell she was so lovely n gentle. Huge thankyou to all the nurses & admin staff for their wonderful care they have provided to my mother. (required for dressing changes) They have been exemplary!! Admin staff are always so friendly & helpful & the nurses treat Mum with respect & great care. Thanks again.
